Sommer Herman

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Sommer began her professional career in 1998 as a Financial Assistant at Smith Barney. Over a three-year period, Sommer worked with clients of various economic backgrounds and learned the intricacies of investment management and financial planning.

In 2001, she accepted a Senior Registered Associate position with Merrill Lynch, where she gained greater exposure to the investment industry. There, she was responsible for assisting, coordinating and implementing all aspects of clients financial plans. She also supervised the operational functions and client servicing provided by the team, including orchestrating coordination of each clients specific service needs with individual specialists throughout Merrill Lynch including financial planning, lending services, educational funding, retirement plans and stock option exercises.
